A founding Director, Howard has strategic responsibility for business administration and management and directs key client relationships.
Howard leads on matters of cost and contract management including special projects, feasibility and project tendering. He also provides support in relation to significant ground works projects.
Howard enjoys foreign travel with his family and is a keen Rugby supporter.
